By downloading, installing, or using GoPlayer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence to use the app
NEXTB LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use GoPlayer for your own personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control. This licence does not give you any ownership of the app or its content.
No account; your content and files
GoPlayer does not require an account. GoPlayer does not host, review, endorse, or control any video, music, or other file that you play, download, cast, transfer, or store using the app. You are solely responsible for the files you access, download, share, cast, or keep in the private vault, and for making sure you have the right to do so under applicable law and any third party's rights. All progress and settings are stored only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Downloads, including BitTorrent (BT)
The download feature, including BT downloads, connects to servers, peers, and trackers that you choose. When you use BT downloads, your device may upload pieces of files you have already downloaded to other participants, which consumes data and bandwidth, and your IP address may be visible to those participants. Before starting a BT download, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to download and share that file.
Browser, casting, and file transfer
The built-in browser lets you reach websites of your choosing; those sites' own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Casting to a TV or receiver, and transferring files to another device, only happen when you initiate them, and you are responsible for the devices and networks you choose to use for these features.
Advertising
GoPlayer is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, under Google's own terms. You can review and change your ad-related choices at any time from Privacy options in the Me tab.
Intellectual property
GoPlayer, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NEXTB LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you, and nothing in these terms gives you any rights to the media files you play, download, or transfer using the app, which remain governed by their own owners' rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where the law expressly allows it; not to use the app to infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights; not to use cheats, bots, or other tools that interfere with the app's normal operation; not to access the app through automated means; and not to copy, redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the app.
Changes and availability
NEXTB LTD may update, change, suspend, or discontinue GoPlayer, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, or any particular feature, will always be available.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, GoPlayer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any file you access, download, or transfer through the app is accurate, lawful, safe, or free of malware.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NEXTB LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, GoPlayer, or from any file or content you access, download, cast, or transfer using the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
